Kitchen Knives

This range of custom handmade kitchen knives has been designed for both the professional and home cook in mind.  Made from the best possible materials I can source and tested in my home kitchen and those of chefs I respect to give me honest feedback has led to this new range of kitchen knives.  From time to time I will have knives available here, but please feel free to contact me to discuss having a truly custom made kitchen knife made to your own specifications.

K-Tip

The K-Tip chef knife is the best all round utility knife for any kitchen.  It has a thin blade that makes it excel at slicing, but with the up turned tip is just at home rocking through your vegetable preparation.  Your chopping board needs this knife.

The Bunka

The Bunka is a wide bladed general purpose kitchen knife.  It excels at veg preparation and the shape of the tip makes it great for scoring vegetables.  It is also the shape of the tip of this knife it is also a fantastic butchery knife for both meat and fish.

5” Petty

The Petty knife is a multipurpose blade that is smaller than the K-Tip kitchen knife.  Commonly used for vegetable and fruit preparation, but there is not much that this knife cannot handle.  It would be just at home slicing your steak as it would your mushrooms.

Nakiri

The Nakiri knife is a vegetable knife.  It has a tall flat, and extremely sharp blade that will simply glide through your vegetables.  It is best suited to a push or a pull cut, but the rounded nose in my design allows for a rock cut as well.  This is the dream vegetable knife and will make their preparation a joy as it falls through the food.

Paring Knife

The paring knife is a small general use knife.  Used for tasks such as peeling vegetables, trimming meat and opening food packaging it is generally the knife that is always to hand.  It excels at being used in the hand when preparing vegetables and carrying out fine precision tasks for which this smaller blade makes possible.
