Nakiri

The Nakiri is a vegetable knife. It has a tall flat and extremely sharp blade that will simply glide through your vegetables. It is best suited to a push or a pull cut, but the rounded nose in my design allows for a rock cut as well. This is the dream vegetable knife and will make their preparation a joy as it falls through the food.
