Crazy Fiber K-Tip Chef Knife

This K-Tip chef knife has been made from superb high carbon steel called 26c3.  It has a differential heat treatment that results in the beautiful Hamon seen in the steel.

The handle is made from a wicked green crazy fibre micarta which sites on top of bright green G10 liners, all secured to the handle with stainless steel Corby bolts.

The knife has a cutting edge of 8" and an overall length of 12"
